To be an innovative leader in the remodeling industry and to make a very
positive and lasting difference in the lives of our customers, our employees,
and in the communities we serve!
Code of Values:
We believe ...
... in superior service to our customers, our community and to each other
as
members of the DreamMaker team.
... in counting our blessings every day in every way.
... success is the result of clear, cooperative, positive thinking.
... that loyalty adds meaning to our lives.
... management should seek out and recognize what people are doing
right,
and treat every associate with respect.
... challenges should be used as learning experiences.
... our Creator put us on this earth to succeed. We will accept our daily
successes
humbly, knowing that a higher power is guiding us.
... in the untapped potential of every human being. Every person we help
achieve
their potential fulfills our mission.
... we must re-earn our positions every day in every way.
... in building our country through the free enterprise system.
We demonstrate
this belief by continually attracting strong
people to the DreamMaker team.

The Owners
In May of 1997 Jeremy Woldt and Ralph Jennings (Jeremy’s father-in-law) started their business as Jennings & Woldt Remodeling, Inc. and focused their attention on residential remodeling, insurance restoration and commercial remodeling in Dane County. In August of 2007 Jeremy & Rachel purchased the remaining shares of the company from Rachel’s father. Since purchasing the DreamMaker franchise in April of 2008, Jeremy & Rachel manage a team of experts that specialize in all phases of remodeling. Their systematic approach prescribed by DreamMaker’s parent company out of Waco, Texas, allows them to maximize efficiency in all departments and to ensure superior customer service.
Jeremy Woldt, a licensed general contractor, started his career in construction at an early age. His grandfather was a Journeyman Carpenter and his father was a Master Mason in the masons union. Jeremy followed his grandfathers steps and became a Journeyman carpenter in the same Local Union as his grandfather in Oshkosh, Wisconsin. Jeremy is well-versed in all aspects of residential and commercial construction.
Jeremy & Rachel, along with there entire team, are extremely passionate with the remodeling industry and enjoy the challenges that remodeling brings with it.
